MISS ELLA’S TUNNEL MURAL TOURS!
Miss Ella, who holds BA, MA, PhD and GPS degrees in geographic sciences of political consciousness, will guide you through time in the Royal Chicano Air Force’s controversial tunnel murals, where you’ll learn to read Chicano hieroglyphics and journey to Sacramento’s past, present and future in 20 minutes or less!
You’ll travel through inner and outer space, meet the first peoples of the region and learn to visually assemble and repair geometric shapes into farm worker icons!
You’ll even receive an official Con Sapos certificate
in cultural capital!

Part of a larger project entitled, The Accidental Archives of the Royal Chicano Air Force, this urban interference offers illegal tours of the controversial tunnel murals in Sacramento, California by Con Sapos Archeological Collective's Miss Ella.
Con Sapos' performative re-mappings of public memory tend to complicate accepted historical narratives of American history and Manifest Destiny in ways that invite participation and exploration.
